The hotel located near Gare de L'Est was quite spacious compared to other hotels I've been to in Paris, very clean and the staff was incredibly helpful, though it meant no view but importantly no street noise at night. It's a great choice for a peaceful stay in a bustling area.

The hotel offers decently sized rooms facing the yard, with a comfortable bed and great water pressure in the shower. However, being directly above the walking area can be noisy at night. The service was a bit confusing with the nearby station, but the manager was apologetic, and they made sure our young guest had more than enough to eat. The location, while not the best in Paris, is convenient for train travelers, and the facilities are decent but could use an update. The dining experience was average, with limited options and some unwelcome ant visitors.
